“I had an outstanding experience at Orlando Auto Body in Gilbert. I called about a bent trim piece that was causing a whistling noise, and Kim encouraged me to come by right away. She was incredibly kind and professional, and the shop itself was clean and welcoming. They took my car back immediately, fixed the issue in about five minutes, and didn't charge me a thing. This level of service and integrity is truly unheard of. I left feeling grateful and genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend.”

“Orlando Auto Body- Gilbert went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. Looks nicer now than when I bought the car! Great communication from Robin at the front desk, I received weekly updates about progress and the whole team was very straightforward and honest. They repaired my whole front passenger side door from my accident and it looks brand new! They even detailed the interior, back to blacked my plastic trim, shined my tires, and fixed my bent license plate! Very kind and hardworking people :)”

Robin dealt with the insurance company and the rental car . They picked us up at the shop and we were on our way in a hurry. “My car was scraped on its side in a parking lot, from someone backing out and turning too sharply. This happened right before Christmas, but that didn't slow them down. Orlando Auto Body made my car all shiny and new and it was beautifully and professionally done. What I liked was that they finished when they said they'd be finished, and when I got it back, it looked better to me than before the accident! I won't go anywhere else!”

“Awesome place I mean great from the front desk to AJ the manager running this place. It’s a wonderful atmosphere. Everybody feels like family there they’ve done nothing but take care of me since I got there. They got me in right away. They did great work on my vehicle the guy that drives you to the car place to get a rental is great. I mean they were even going to go to the extent the other day of putting a car in their own name to help me get a rental as they felt bad that it was gonna be in there a little bit longer my vehicle They’re awesome people very accommodating. I would never choose another shop besides Orlando I think they do a great job but more importantly, the customer service is great. I mean there they seem very happy to be there. Everybody seems enthusiastic. Everybody seems like they wanna help the customers out. They seem very customer service oriented and I love this place. I’ve had an amazing experience my car is in there still and they’re doing great work on my vehicle. Please choose the shop for all your vehicle needs from bodywork to new door panels to whatever you need bodywork wise. This is the shop no other shop. It’s the best shop in Scottsdale. Please take my word for it. You won’t be disappointed. You won’t regret this I’ll definitely give them all my business and if I know anyone, I’ll refer them to people they’re a really good shop”

“My BMW took some damage from a run-in with a deer. My driver side mirror was smashed and there were some dents and scratches in the side. I chose Orlando based on a recommendation from my mechanic. The repair work is excellent! The paint matches perfectly, all dents are taken care of, the new mirror works well including movement, camera and blind spot sensor. I highly recommend Orlando Auto Body for anyone in need of repair. Thank you Orlando!”

“Orlando’s was the best place I’ve ever dealt with. Great customer service. I needed my fender buffed out asap. I was getting a clear bra put on the next day. Keep in mind the truck was only two days old. The dealer was giving me the run around and couldn’t get me in for a week. I called Orlando’s talked to Jason. He said come on down. He had his best guy work on it. Within an hour he was done. It looked like it should have from the dealership. I highly recommend Orlando’s for any work you need done to your vehicle. Great work. “I spoke with Erin this morning on the phone and she was an absolute delight! Very caring about my issue and told me they can get me a quote right away whenever I come in. I arrived a couple hours later. Someone slammed my door and the alignment was off, with my door not closing properly. I walked in and Jason helped me right away. He came out to my car, identified the issue AND realigned my door for FREE!!! This place is amazing! Friendly, quick and experienced! I will definitely come back here!
