Certified Collision Repair
After an accident, you want more than a repair that looks right. Our trained team follows current vehicle-specific procedures, uses factory OEM replacement parts, and documents the work—so you can get back on the road with confidence.

We provide complete auto body services and towing to vehicle owners across Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and the surrounding Valley.
Why certification matters to you
Certification is valuable when it improves the decisions made about your repair. For you, that means trained people, current information, and a plan that accounts for the systems affected by the collision.

I-CAR Gold Class recognition reflects ongoing, role-specific training across the collision-repair team—so the people working on your vehicle bring current knowledge to the repair.

Your year, make, model, and damaged systems shape the plan. We check current vehicle-specific procedures, parts requirements, equipment, scanning, and calibration needs before authorized work begins.

A service advisor explains the parts plan, required procedures, facility fit, and next steps so you can authorize the repair with fewer unanswered questions.

Advanced scanning helps technicians locate faults, test components and verify completed work.

Key + Immobilizer
Keep more electronic work in-house.
Key and immobilizer capability means fewer outside handoffs during your repair.

Structural Precision
Spanesi systems help technicians hold, measure and correct the structure against vehicle-specific dimensions instead of relying on appearance alone.

Full-Frame Repair
Controlled anchoring and pulling give major structural work a precise foundation.

Electronic Measuring
Measurements guide the repair before, during and after structural correction.

More work stays in one repair bay.
The Multibench combines lifting, anchoring and pulling in one adaptable workstation.

Damage becomes measurable.
Electronic dimensions help technicians identify movement that the eye may miss.

The structure is held where it belongs.
Three-dimensional fixturing supports accurate length, width and height correction.

Joining + Finish
Material-specific welding, Sikkens digital color matching by AkzoNobel and a controlled refinish environment help protect the strength, color and finish quality of your completed repair.

Sikkens Color Match + Garmat Refinish Environment
We match your paint color exactly, then cure it in a sealed, dust-free booth for a finish that looks factory-new.

Spanesi Q5.2 Welding System
The joining process matches the material in your vehicle.
Dedicated steel, silicon-bronze and aluminum programs give technicians precise control over modern multi-material repairs.
Your questions, answered
The right repair starts with clear expectations. These are the questions drivers ask most about parts, certification, timing, and who stands behind the work.

Orlando Auto Body is I-CAR Gold Class and participates in manufacturer collision-repair programs for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, FIAT, Hyundai, INFINITI, Kia, and Nissan. Usually, yes. There's a difference between being able to repair a make and holding that manufacturer's specific certification. We're certified for a number of brands and repair many others to manufacturer specifications using the right procedures and equipment. Call your nearest location and we'll confirm what's current for your exact make and model.
Orlando Auto Body provides and honors its written repair warranty; the insurer does not perform the repair. While you own the vehicle, our written warranty provides lifetime coverage for qualifying metalwork, five years for qualifying paint work, one year for stripes and decals, and one year for qualifying collision-related mechanical repairs, subject to its exclusions and the repair order.
Repairing your car to pre-loss condition the right way is our #1 objective. Timing depends on the severity of the damage, parts availability, any hidden damage found after disassembly, and insurer approvals — so it varies. We'll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate and keep you updated along the way, rather than quote a number we can't stand behind.
